How do I make a booking?

Go to the Off Pier Homepage. Users have the option to sign into an existing account or register a new account with Transdev Airport Services. Only registered approved users/companies can avail of the Off Pier Services.

Click the ‘Sign up now’ link. Enter the email address and click ‘Send Verification code’.

The account request is now sent to Transdev Airport Services for approval. All account requests must be approved by TAS before they are activated. The user will also receive an email notification informing them that their new Off Pier account is registered but not active yet and is awaiting approval.

Once approved by Transdev Airport Services an email notification is sent to the new Off Pier user informing them that their request has been approved and that they can now create bookings. A link will be included in the email for the Off Pier booking webpage.

Transdev Airport Services have the ability to deactivate a customer at any stage. A notification will be sent to the Off Pier user advising them that their account has been deactivated.

Once logged in users can create a new booking by entering in the required information. Flight number, Date, Time, Airline, Hours required, Vehicles and passenger number and stand.

Accept the Terms & Conditions and select the “Book Now” button.
8.
To add an additional booking click the “Add Another” button.
9.
Review the order summary. If changes are required cancel the booking and restart.
10.
If all details are correct Click “confirm” and proceed with the booking.
11.
Once logged in users will have the ability to view all existing bookings in the My Bookings section by clicking on the “Account” tab.
12.
Users have the ability to update their profile information by click on the “ Account” tab then click the Profile button.
Our Vehicles
Transdev Airport Services operate a fleet of low-floor buses which are permanently located in the airside environment at Heathrow Airport. Normal capacity is 40 passengers per vehicle, but we are currently limiting this to a maximum of 30 due to social distancing restrictions.
Journey Times
Journey times will vary depending upon your departure point and individual booking requirements, usually one vehicle would be able to make three passenger transfers in one hour
How can I cancel my booking?
Booking can be cancelled by expanding your booking in the Account area of the booking platform and selecting the bin icon. After a booking has been accepted by the Transdev Airport Services team, this can only be cancelled by contacting us on 07384518066
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
Transdev Airport Services reserves the right to charge for any bookings not cancelled with at least 3 hours’ notice.
What are the booking charges?
Prices for transport are pre-agreed confidentially between the Airline, Transdev Airport Services and the AOC for Heathrow Airport. Any queries relating to booking prices should be directed to the Transdev Airport Services Contract Manager anna.gleaves@transdevairportservices.com
How do I receive my invoice?
Invoices for transportation will be sent to the airline via email by the Transdev Airport Services finance team on a monthly basis.
